Construction Management 

Professor Locurcio retired as a Brigadier General from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and private industry. He has over 45 years of experience in the planning, engineering, design, and construction of military and civil projects. He also served as a Director of Public Works and leader of the Kuwait Post-War Reconstruction Office. In 1996 he joined STV Incorporated as SrVP and Director of Federal Programs. In August 2004, General Locurcio accepted his current position as a Professor at Florida Institute of Technology where he developed and launched a new 4-year program leading to a BS Degree in Construction Management.
